Lawyer of Misechko & Partners, law firm have successfully represented client’s interest in the Arbitration court of Moscow

21 April 2014 the Arbitration Court of Moscow granted a motion of a client of Misechko & Partners, law firm LCC «Gulyanetsky Shchebzavod» for recognition and enforcement of an award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the territory of the Russian Federation on recovery of debt for delivered products.

The motion was based on the fact that according to the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, each Contracting State shall recognize arbitral awards as binding and enforce them in accordance with the rules of procedure of the territory where the recognition or enforcement of these awards is relied.
