Lawyers of the Law Firm Misechko & Partners successfully appealed against the protocol of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on violation of customs regulations

Misechko & Partners defended the interests of the Universalservice Plyus (a major supplier of aluminum profile and its components) when appealing the protocol of the Kiev City Customs Service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on violation of customs regulations.

In December 2016, the Kyiv City Customs Service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, based on the results of examining the documents provided for the customs clearance of the LF “Misechko & Partners” client's cargo, drew up a report on the violation of customs regulations according to the part 1 of the Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine, and temporarily confiscated cargo provided for customs clearance.

On March 3, 2017, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv supported the position of the lawyers of the LF “Misechko & Partners” about the absence of an administrative offense in the actions of the official of the “UniversalService Plyus”, closed the administrative proceedings and returned the temporarily confiscated cargo to the owner.
