Lawyers of Law Firm «Misechko and Partners» represented interests of Limited Liability Company «Bilyaus Agro» in Administrative appeal court of Sevastopol city
On 5th December, 2013, Administrative appeal court of Sevastopol city made a decision, which declined appeal complaint of Evpatoriya united state tax inspection of Crimea on Regulation of Administrative District court of Crimea on the abolition of tax notifications, totally for 2.5 million of gryvnas, thereby leaving it in force.
Thus, Regulation of District appeal complaint of Evpatoriya for satisfaction of claim requirements of client of Law Firm «Misechko and Partners», Agricultural Enterprise «Bilyaus Argo», for cancellation of tax notifications for 2.5 million of gryvnas, came into force.
Tax notifications-decisions concerned the legislation about tax for added value to determine, were filling of tax declaration and reflection of negative value on this tax correct or not.
