«Misechko and Partners» law firm have performed procedure for restructuring of debt in the amount of USD 350 000

«Misechko and Partners» law firm have performed procedure for debt restructuring of its client «Larics» LLC to the bank «Contract» in the amount of USD 350 000.

Procedure for restructuring of debt has comprised participating of lawyers of «Misechko and Partners» law firm in trials, initiated by both Bank and client and negotiation with Bank in respect of reaching compromise.

According to the results of reaching compromise, client of Misechko and Partners law firm «Larics» LLC partly satisfied loan debt in funds, another part of loan debt was satisfied by property of «Larics» LLC that was in mortgage of the bank «Contract» and was accepted by it for repayment of loan debt.
