Misechko & Partners defended the interests of the client in the case on cancellation of the decision of the tax authority on additional charging of tax liabilities

The team of the law firm Misechko & Partners defended the interests of the client in a dispute against the fiscal body about the cancellation of tax notifications of decisions passed by results of conducting the tax audit which was considered by the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

The Kyiv District Administrative Court upheld the position and recognized the conclusions stated in the act of tax audit concerning understating of the net taxable income such which aren't true and, as a result, satisfied claims of lawyers of the Law Firm “Misechko & Partners” and cancelled the decision of tax authority which additionally charged an income tax, the value added tax, military collection and a single social fee to total amount more than 600 thousand UAH.

The team of the Law Firm “Misechko & Partners” accompanied consideration of the case as a part of the lawyer Anton Gavrik and the managing partner Vladimir Misechko.
