The law firm “Misechko & Partners” defended the interests of the client in the tax dispute in the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court

Bring back that recently a team of lawyers of the law firm “Misechko & Partners” successfully represented clients in disputes with the tax authorities on additional charges value-added tax and income tax for individuals. The Kyiv District Administrative Court upheld rightfulness of the position of the client and lawyers of the law firm “Misechko & Partners” by removing the full tax notice - decision.

May 25 this year the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court, considering an appeal of the tax authority, fully agreed with the legal opinion of the court of first instance and dismissed the tax appeal as unfounded and baseless.
