Misechko and parthers law firm has defended client's interests in litigation regarding cancelling of tax assessment notices

Misechko and parthers law firm has defended the interests of its client through the courts in an administrative dispute against the united Kirovohrad State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of Mindohodiv in Kirovograd region regarding cancelling of tax assessment notices.

12 June 2014, Kirovohrad Regional Administrative Court supported a legal position of lawyers of Misechko and parthers law firm, canceled tax assessment notices and satisfied plaintiff's claims of the client of Misechko and parthers law firm.
