Misechko and Partners law firm has defended the interests of its client through the courts in an administrative dispute against the united Kirovohrad State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of Mindohodiv in Kirovograd region regarding cancelling of tax assessment notices.

9 September 2014, Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal supported a legal position of lawyers of Misechko and parthers law firm and upheld ruling of Kirovohrad Regional Administrative Court on cancelling of tax assessment notices in the amount of more than 500 000,00 UAH.
