Misechko and Partners law firm has successfully defended client’s interests in Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court 

In October, 2015 Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court delivered a judgment in the favour of the client of Misechko and Partners law firm who is an owner of a grocery store chain in the dispute with Irpin Taxation Inspection on abolition of tax assessment notices in the amount of 460 000.00 UAH.

The project was carried out by a lawyer Roman Sydorenko.

Thank to this victory, Misechko & Partners confirmed once again the success of their own tax practice.

Recall that in October 2015, the tax practice of law firm «Misechko and Partners» second consecutive year has been recognized by the reputed international ranking World Tax 2016 published by International Tax Review guide.
