Misechko and Partners law firm has successfully represented interests of «Panalpina World Transport L.T.D.» in the Economic court of Kyiv

26 November 2014 the Economic court of Kyiv approved the settlement agreement in the case in the action of «Panalpina World Transport L.T.D.» against LLC «Karpatygaz» on recovery of the debt in the amount of 3 400 000.00 UAH for provided freight  forwarding services.

As of the date of signing of the settlement agreement LLC «Karpatygaz» satisfied the debt on services and undertook to pay a penalty charge until 31 December 2014.

The Economic court of Kyiv approved the settlement agreement in this case thereby ending a dispute which was lasted more the one year and was heard by the panel of judges considering complexity of the case.
