Misechko & Partners, law firm has successfully represented interests of Profibeton Group in the Economic Court of Kyiv

On 27 July 2015 the Economic court of Kyiv made a decision which was satisfied the lawsuit of Profibeton Group against Concrete International Company on recovering debts and penalties for supplied products in the amount of 150 000 UAH.

Dispute between parties arose from breach of terms of payment of funds for supplied products.

Representation and defense of client’s interests were made by lawyers of Firm Roman Sydorenko and Vadym Kukhta.

Profibeton Group is an international company which is a supplier of dry mix for industrial floors, with offices in Tallinn, Baku and Kiev.
