Law Firm ”Misechko & Partners” successfully represented the interests of the client during administrative appeal of the refusal of the State Fiscal Service in the registration of tax invoices

Law Firm ”Misechko & Partners” successfully represented the interests of the LLC "BUDMET-VV" in the process of administrative appeal against the Decisions of the Commission of the State Fiscal Service, which makes a decision to register a tax invoice / calculation of an adjustment in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices or refuse such registration, as a result the tax invoices for the total amount of about UAH 2 000 000,00 were unblocked. The reason for blocking tax invoices was the classic "inconsistency of the volumes of supply to the volumes of acquisition by goods in accordance with the Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity."
