Volodymyr Misechko and Natalia Nazarko took part in the event: Meeting with Tax authorities: How to submit a CFC report without fines?
On December 15, 2023, representatives of Misechko & Partners took part in the event: "Meeting with the Tax authorities: How to submit a CFC report without fines?", which was organized by the International Advisers Association with the participation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and was dedicated to CFC reporting.
During the event, the results of the first CFC reports for 2022 and CFC notifications, as well as the main requirements for CFC reporting for 2023, were discussed.
Lawyers Misechko & Partners submitted 19 reports on CFC as part of CFC reporting for 2022, including companies from the USA, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Estonia, Poland, BVI, Slovakia, Latvia and Canada.
