The lawsuit has been won with the insurance company «Garant-Auto» 

The lawyers of Misechko and Partners law firm defended client's right to receive insurance compensation in the court.

On 7 July 2014 Pechersk district court in Kiev has decided to recover from the insurance company Garant-Auto amount of insurance compensation in favor of the client of Misechko and Partners law firm.
