Successful representation of Bilyaus Agro in the tax dispute concerning the canceling of tax notices decisions in amount 2.5 million

On Jule 24, 2013 Misechko & Partners successfully represented interest of agriculture company Bilyaus Agro in a case which based on an administrative lawsuit filed by Bilyaus Agro against the State Tax office in Chernomorsk district in Autonomous Republic of Crimea concerning cancel tax notices for a total amount of UAH 2 500 000.00.

The District Administrative Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea allowed the client of Misechko & Partners's claims in their entirety.

The project was carried out by the company lawyer Roman Sydorenko with a supervision of partner Vladimir Misechko.
