Successful representation of interests of Alliance of builders of Ukraine in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine

Team of lawyers of Misechko and Partners law firm have successfully represented interests of “Alliance of builders of Ukraine” in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine in dispute against State Taxation Inspection in Shevchenkivskyi District of Kyiv on abolition of tax assessment notices in the total amount of 540 000 UAH.

In particular, 15 September 2015 the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine satisfied cassation of Client of Misechko and Partners law firm, canceled a judgment of the Court of Appeal and upheld a judgment of the County Administrative Court of Kyiv on abolition of tax assessment notices.

Lawyers of Misechko and Partners law firm managed to prove legitimacy of Client’s actions, validity of its business transactions and usage of the purchased goods in own business activity.

The project was carried out by a lawyer Roman Sydorenko under the direction of the law firm partner Volodymyr Misechko.
