Client of Misechko & Partners Law Firm, Hong Kong Crewing Company is a 7th stage creditor in the liquidation procedure of ABLV Bank, AS, Latvia for a total claim of EUR 300,000.

In February 2021, as part of an audit of the company's activities during its service period in ABLV Bank, AS, Latvia, the company received a request from the Bank's auditors (Ernst & Young) to provide explanations of the origin of funds and the company's activities for the period from 2014 to 2018. Such explanations must have been provided within 45 days of the receipt of the request.

Misechko & Partners lawyers, within Creditor Compliance Review, prepared and sent relevant explanations on the activities and origin of the client's funds, with a volume of more than 100 pages, and related documents.

At the beginning of August 2021, as a result of reviewing the submitted documents, the creditor's claim of the client of Misechko & Partners Law Firm to the Bank was accepted and the funds were paid to the client in full.
