Canceled tax notices decisions in total amount 3.2 million

On April 9, 2013 Misechko & Partners successfully represented interest of agriculture company in a case which based on an administrative lawsuit filed by agriculture company against the State Tax office in Djankoi joint district in Autonomous Republic of Crimea concerning cancel tax notices for a total amount of UAH 3 200 000.00.

The District Administrative Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea allowed the client of Misechko & Partners's claims in their entirety.

The project was carried out by the company lawyer Roman Sydorenko with a supervision of partner Vladimir Misechko.
