Misechko & Partners' team acted as representatives of a UK-registered company litigation with the Luxembourg Financial Intelligence Unit. Intelligence made a decision to freeze the client's funds after a compliance check during the liquidation procedure of ABLV Bank.
Misechko & Partners lawyers submitted an explanation of the client's activities and an appeal to the Luxembourg District Court. As a result, Luxembourg's financial intelligence canceled the order even before the court considered the dispute.

As a result, Luxembourg's financial intelligence withdrew the issued order even before the court considered the dispute on the merits, and the client's funds were unfrozen.
