Misechko & Partners - Legal Advisor of Imsat Company (Romania)

Misechko & Partners, within the framework of the Legal Services Agreement with the Imsat Company (Romania), represents the interests of the Ukrainian representative office in relations with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on issues of obtaining service cards for their own foreign employees.

One of the advantages of opening a foreign representative office on the territory of Ukraine is that there is no need to obtain a work permit for foreign employees; foreign employees can work on the basis of a service cards issued by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The service card is also the basis for obtaining a temporary residence permit in Ukraine.

Imsat is a Romanian company specializing in the installation of electrical and automation systems, witgh the headquartered in Bucharest.
