Misechko & Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of the Lithuanian transport company Feratransa in litigation on debt collection for the services provided.

The essence of the case was that the client of Misechko & Partners, LF provided railway wagons for use for the carriage of goods, but the client did not pay for the services in full.

The Kyiv Economic Court agreed with the position of the lawyers of Misechko & Partners, LF and recovered the debt for the services provided to the Lithuanian transport company Feratransa.
