Misechko & Partners Law Firm successfully represented the interests of the forwarding company Discordia-Kyiv in litigation on the recovery of a fine for violation of the term of delivery.

The essence of the case was that the client of Misechko & Partners, LF within the framework of an agreement on the provision of forwarding services with a carrier, provided cargo for transportation, but such transportation was carried out with significant violation of the term specified in the application to the agreement, which became the basis for legal proceedings.

The Economic Court of Kyiv agreed with the position of the lawyers of Misechko & Partners, LF and collected a fine in favour of the forwarding company Discordia-Kyiv for delayed delivery of the goods.
