«Misechko & Partners» in the Warsaw Court of Appeal have been able to cancel the arrest of 8 planes of the «Dniproavia» Airline

Lawyers of the law firm «Misechko & Partners» successfully represented the interests of the Private joint stock company «Dniproavia» in a litigation with LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services on the cancellation of the arrest of 8 aircraft worth over 35 000,00 US dollars.

Thus, at the beginning of October, the Warsaw Court of Appeal passed a decision to cancel the arrest imposed by the District Court of Warsaw on 8 aircraft of the Private joint stock company «Dniproavia», thereby satisfying the appeal filed by the lawyers of the law firm «Misechko & Partners».
