Misechko and Partners advise DK 2020, LLC on refusal to register tax invoices

Misechko & Partners within the framework of an agreement on the provision of legal services with DK 2020, LLC disputes in court the decision of the Commission of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine to refuse to register tax invoices that were sent to the client of Misechko & Partners on relations with its counterparty.

According to the SFS Commission, the business transactions of DK 2020, LLC with its counterparty fell under the criteria of the riskiness of business transactions, and therefore the registration of such tax invoices was refused.
