Misechko and Partners advise the Polish payment institution Fenige on obtaining the status of a member of the international payment system in Ukraine, the operator of which is a resident of Ukraine.

Given the significant number of Ukrainians in Poland and the corresponding demand for transfers of funds to Ukraine, the payment institution Fenige plans to obtain the status of a member of the international payment system in Ukraine.

According to clause 63 of NBU Resolution No. 208, registration of a participant in an international payment system, the operator of which is a resident, is carried out by submitting and entering information about such a participant into the Payment Infrastructure Register, in the form established by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Fenige is a licensed national payment institution in Poland that implements payment technologies and money transfer systems within the Mastercard and VISA acquiring membership based on an internal processing solution and provides services for acquiring (electronic commerce), card-to-card transfers and payouts to cards.
