Misechko & Partners is a legal advisor to VICC International (USA)

Misechko & Partners entered into a cooperation agreement with VICC International (USA), an integrated construction and logistics company with own offices in the USA, UAE, Turkey, Burkina Faso and Afghanistan.

Within the framework of the concluded agreement, Misechko & Partners advises VICC International on opening an office in Ukraine, including the establishment of a subsidiary company, migration law, as well as on the application of local legislation and the nuances of doing business in our country during martial law.
