Misechko & Partners, under the Legal Services Agreement with Mapaex Company (India), advises the client on the application of labor law, including on representing his interests in the Economic Court of Kyiv in a dispute with the former director of the Ukrainian subsidiary on the recovery of damages.

The Indian Company Mapaex is a world famous pharmaceutical company, manufacturer of medicines and has been operating in Ukraine since 2012.
