Roundtable discussion: "Tax disputes - a view from Poland"

On July 5, the lawyer of the Law Firm “Misechko & Partners” Iryna Nyzka took part in the roundtable discussion “Tax disputes - a view from Poland”, which was organized by the UBA Committee from Tax and Customs law together with the International Fiscal Association of Ukraine.

Within the framework of the roundtable discussion, a meeting was held with the judges of the Polish Supreme Administrative Court, Krzysztof Winiarski and Tomasz Kolanowski, at which the topic of tax disputes from the point of view of Polish tax legislation was discussed.
