Misechko & Partners client Hesston LTD (UK) is the 7th priority creditor in the liquidation procedure of ABLV Bank, AS, Latvia for the total amount of claims of 150 thousand euros.

In May 2021, as part of the audit of the company's activities for its service period at ABLV Bank, AS, Latvia, the company received a request from the Bank's auditors (Ernst & Young) to provide, within 45 days, explanations of the origin of funds and the company's activities for the period from 2015 to 2018 year.

The lawyers of Misechko & Partners, as part of the compliance check of the client, prepared and sent relevant explanations about the activities and origin of the client's funds and supporting documents.

At the beginning of January 2022, as a result of consideration of the submitted documents, the creditor claim of the client of Misechko & Partners against the Bank was accepted and the funds were paid to the client in full.

As of today, this is already the third client of Misechko & Partners to receive a payment from ABLV Bank, AS, Latvia as part of its liquidation.
