Misechko & Partners successfully represented the interests of the forwarding company Panalpina World Transport LTD in a legal dispute with Discovery Industrial Services Limited (Great Britain) regarding the collection of debts for the services provided.

The essence of the case was that the client of Misechko & Partners, provided transportation services for the carriage of goods for Discovery Industrial Services Limited, but the customer did not pay for the services in full.

The Economic Court of Kyiv, as well as the Northern Appeal Economic Court, agreed with the position of the lawyers of Misechko & Partners, and recovered the debt for the services provided by Panalpina World Transport LTD.
