The Lawyer’s Association «Misechko & Partners» successfully defended the interests of the Bulgarian company «Discordia AD” in a legal dispute concerning the recovery of fines from the carrier for delaying the delivery of cargo, which was considered by the Economic Court of Volyn Region.

The essence of the matter was that the client of the Misechko & Partners provided the transport company with cargo for transportation, terms and penalties for violating the terms of such transportation were determined by the relevant applications, but contrary to stipulated terms, the cargo was delivered late.

The Economic Court of the Volyn Region agreed with the position of the lawyers of the Misechko & Partners, and charged the Bulgarian company Discordia AD with a penalty for violation of the terms of cargo delivery.

Legal support for the project was carried out by lawyers of Misechko & Partners, Mykhailo Tsurkan and Volodymyr Misechko.
