According to the decision of the Luxembourg District Court, dated July 2, 2019, the liquidation procedure of ABLV BANK LUXEMBOURG SA, legal address L-2449 Luxembourg, 26A, Boulevard Royal, registered in the Register of Enterprises of Luxembourg under the number B 162 048, was started.

The deadline for submitting creditor claims, according to the aforementioned decision, was established no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2020, claims submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

The documents were accepted by the Commercial Disputes Chamber of the Luxembourg District Court.

Creditors' claims submitted on time were subject to a comprehensive review, including by the Luxembourg Financial Intelligence Unit (Cellule de Renseignement Financier).

Financial Intelligence Unit, to the best of its ability, issued an order to freeze a client’s funds (freezing order), which applies to all client’s assets.

Lawyers of Misechko & Partners, LF appealed against such the decision (freezing order) in the Luxembourg District Court.
