3 April 2014 there was the conference «Real Estate. Rebooting the market in 2014» organized by the magazine «Dengi».

This event has become a meeting place for active players in the industry which affect the underlying market processes. The key themes of the conference were: predictions for 2014, the pricing situation in the secondary and primary markets, non-financial technologies of sales promotion. Separately, experts also highlighted the issue of financing real estate purchases and new technologies as a way to stimulate purchases through financial instruments.
