Obtaining a temporary residence permit in Ukraine
- for the purpose of employment;
- to work in representative offices of foreign companies;
- to work in branches or representative offices of foreign banks;
- who are founders and/or participants and/or beneficial owners of a legal entity registered in Ukraine. At the same time, the size of the ownership share in the authorized capital of the Ukrainian legal entity must be at least 100 thousand euros at the official exchange rate set by the National Bank on the date of foreign investment;
- for the implementation of projects within the framework of international technical assistance;
- for the purpose of training;
- to disseminate beliefs, perform official actions or carry out other canonical activities at the invitation of religious organizations;
- to participate in the activities of branches, departments and other structural units of public (non-governmental) organizations of other states;
- to carry out cultural, scientific or educational activities on the basis of international agreements or within the framework of special programs;
- as a journalist or representative of foreign media;
- for the purpose of family reunification with a Ukrainian citizen or marriage with a Ukrainian citizen.
- have reached the age of 16 or have not reached the age of 16, but have independently arrived in Ukraine for the purpose of studying - on the basis of applications submitted by them personally;
- have not reached the age of 16 or are recognized as partially legally capable or incapacitated - on the basis of application forms of persons to whom they arrived for the purpose of family reunification.
- passport document of a foreigner or a document certifying the identity of a stateless person with a type D visa (upon presentation, it is returned, a copy is attached);
- a document certifying the identity of the legal representative and a document confirming the authority of the person as a legal representative (in case of submission of documents by the legal representative) (the original documents are returned after presentation, copies are submitted);
- translation into Ukrainian of a page of a passport document of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person with personal data, certified in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- a valid health insurance policy for the entire period of validity of the residence permit and its copy;
- receipts confirming the payment of the state fee and document processing fee.
- Foreigners and stateless persons who, in accordance with the law, arrived in Ukraine for employment, are issued a residence permit for the period of work in Ukraine, which is specified in the work permit.
- Foreigners and stateless persons who arrived in Ukraine to participate in the implementation of international technical assistance projects registered in accordance with the established procedure are issued a residence permit for the period of implementation of the international technical assistance project, which is indicated in the registration card of the project.
- Foreigners and stateless persons who are founders and / or participants and / or beneficial owners (controllers) of a legal entity registered in Ukraine, the certificate is issued for two years.
- Foreigners and stateless persons who arrived in Ukraine for the purpose of studying are issued a residence permit for the period of study, which is determined by the order of the educational institution on the establishment of periods of study for foreign students.
- state duty in the amount of UAH 34.00;
- administrative service fee in the amount of UAH 541.00;
- administrative fee for the issuance or exchange of a temporary residence permit 340.00 UAH.
